Greetings, Human. I'd like to perform a trick that has astonished the multitudes ever since I first developed this ability. If you follow my instructions, you'll be amazed.

On the other hand, if you feed me the wrong data, I'll know it if you do, and I'll in turn, feed you back the wrong info--it's only fair.

Now, let's get started... Proceed to Step 1

STEP 1: To get the full effect of my mind-reading ability, I ask you to use a pen or pencil and a separate sheet of paper for this, as it can be a little involved.
Just to make it fair, I'll give you a choice. Write down ANY 4-digit, 5-digit, 6-digit, 7-digit, or 8-digit number, as shown in Example 1.

STEP 2: You'll have to do a little math. Add all the digits of your number together, as shown in Example 2.
